Sandrine Dabernat <\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/bric-team\/equipe-8-biotherapies-genetique-et-oncologie-biogo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Team 8 BioGO<\/a>) \u201c<strong>Onco-targeted dynamic gene phototherapy<\/strong>\u201d , which will be conducted in collaboration with the Nice team of <strong>Dr Els Verhoeyen<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c3m-nice.fr\/equipes\/equipe-02\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">C3M U1065<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their project will test a novel cancer gene therapy mediated by CRISPR\/Cas9 gene editing to induce a targeted rare genetic metabolic disease in tumor cells, making them vulnerable to phototherapy. This program will develop several innovations based on biotherapies and synthetic biology in the fight against cancer.
