The project developed within the Clinical Hematology and Cell Therapy Department of Bordeaux University Hospital is a clinical trial aiming at improving the treatment of patients with <em>FLT3<\/em>-mutated acute myeloid leukemia eligible for intensive chemotherapy.<br\/>BRIC collaborators, team 10: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/jean-max-pasquet\/\">Jean-Max Pasquet<\/a> (team leader), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/amelie-guitart\/\">Am\u00e9lie Guitart<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/vanessa-desplat\/\">Vanessa Desplat<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/isabelle-vigon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Isabelle Vigon<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Congratulations also to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nextcloud.chu-bordeaux.fr\/index.php\/s\/ESRiNm4zLq5SBXw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">winners<\/a> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chu-bordeaux.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Bordeaux University Hospital<\/strong><\/a>&#8216;s 2024 internal call for tenders.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/arthur-marichez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arthur MARICHEZ<\/a><\/strong>, PhD clinician in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/bric-team\/liver-cancers-and-tumor-invasion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> team 3 (Liver Cancers and Tumor Invasion)<\/a> for the funding of the clinical project, in connection with his PhD thesis in our unit under the supervision of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/laurence-chiche\/\">Pr Laurence Chiche,<\/a> in the team headed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/frederic-saltel\/\">Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Saltel<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/violaine-moreau\/\">Violaine Moreau<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PROFI-CHOL study is being developed in the Digestive Surgery Department of Bordeaux University Hospital, with the aim of validating a proof of concept of proteomic profiling as a diagnostic tool for extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma on a cohort of patients from Bordeaux University Hospital. This study is being carried out in collaboration with the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tbmcore.cnrs.fr\/oncoprot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong> Oncoprot<\/strong><\/a> platform (TBMcore 3427) and the pathologists at H\u00f4pital Haut L\u00e9v\u00eaque: Dr G. Belleann\u00e9e, Dr M. Marty.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dr<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/people\/eva-jambon\/\"> Eva JAMBON<\/a><\/strong>, PhD clinician, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricbordeaux.com\/bric-team\/equipe-emergente-i-care-programme-integre-de-recherche-innovation-sur-le-cancer-du-rein\/\">Emerging Team 12 (Integrated Research Innovation Program on Kidney Cancer &#8211; I.CaRe)<\/a>, for the funding of a clinical project in connection with her PhD thesis, which will soon be starting in our unit, in the team headed by Jean-Christophe Bernhard. The project concerns the development of multiparametric MRI imaging of the graft.
