This thesis focuses on hepatoblastoma, the most common malignant liver tumor in children. Based on 3D electron microscopy images, a digital twin of the tumor tissue was created using innovative tools to automatically segment and identify biological structures such as cells, nuclei or blood capillaries. This information was then used to analyze the internal organization of the tissue using unsupervised learning methods.
