From Basic Research to the Development of New \u201cSupportive\u201d and Post-Cancer Care<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n

In celebration of Pink October, the Bordeaux Institute of Oncology (BRIC)<\/strong> invites you to an evening of discussion open to everyone on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, starting at 5:00 p.m., at the Domaine du Haut Carr\u00e9 in Talence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Come learn about the latest advances in breast cancer research, from the mechanisms underlying the disease\u2019s development to new treatment approaches, particularly those targeting metastases. A roundtable discussion featuring scientists, healthcare professionals, patient partners, and advocacy groups will also address issues related to treatment side effects and quality of life after cancer.<\/p>\n

The evening will continue with a cocktail reception, scientific posters, and nonprofit booths, providing an opportunity to freely interact with those involved in cancer research and the fight against cancer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

An opportunity to come together, share ideas, and engage in dialogue to better understand the advances in research and the challenges that still lie ahead.<\/p>\n
