Targeting autophagy and hematologic mobilization in FLT3-ITD acute myeloid leukemia (1/3 of patients) decreases repopulation capacity and relapse by inducing apoptosis.
Work carried out thanks to the cell culture device in hypoxia (low oxygen level in the oven and the hood) mimicking the hematopoietic niche. This device is accessible to the scientific community through the CellOxia platform associated with the team.
