Symposium “Microenvironment and Immunotherapy of Sarcomas”
25 September 2025 - 26 September 2025
The BRIC is pleased to share the announcement of the 3rd International Symposium on Sarcomas, organized as part of the RHU CONDOR program, to be held on September 25–26, 2025, in Bordeaux.
This year’s symposium, titled “Microenvironment and Immunotherapy of Sarcomas”, will bring together international researchers, clinicians, and experts to address key challenges in the study of connective tissue tumors. Special focus will be placed on immunotherapy and the tumor microenvironment — two central pillars of current therapeutic strategies.
The event is organized by the CONDOR program, a national Hospital-University Research (RHU) project led by Antoine Italiano, oncology researcher, clinical oncologist, and head of Team 9 “SarcoTarget” at the BRIC. His team, in collaboration with Institut Bergonié, specializes in developing new therapeutic approaches for sarcomas, which are rare and complex cancers.
This symposium will be a unique opportunity to highlight the latest scientific breakthroughs and strengthen collaboration within the global sarcoma research community.
