SBM Department Scientific Platforms Exhibition

The SBM Department invites you to a special half-day event on Thursday, September 18, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., dedicated to scientific and technical platforms. This half-day event aims to raise awareness of the platforms’ activities and promote exchanges between doctoral students, ITA/BIATSS, scientists, and any other interested staff.
The Platform exhibition will take place on the forecourt and/or in the lobby of the BBS (2 rue du Dr Hoffmann Martinot, Bordeaux), depending on weather conditions. The programme includes :
- Stands hosted by platform managers
- Interactive discussions and presentations
- A snack to share a convivial moment
How to participate?
- Visitors can simply come and explore the various stands at their own pace.

- AquiDerm
AquiDerm is the technology transfer structure of the team 05 – Translational Research In Oncodermatology and Orphan skin diseases (TRIO2), led by Hamid-Reza Rezvani and Marie Beylot-Barry
One of the platform’s scientific managers is Hamid-Reza Rezvani – with Julien Seneschal(ImmunoConcEpT), the co-managers are Jérôme Rambert and Muriel Cario, and the scientific expert is Alain Taieb.
It is administratively attached to ADERA. - CellOxia
The CellOxia hypoxia culture platform was created by Team 10 – Normal and Leukemic Hematopoietic Stem Cells, led by Jean-Max Pasquet.
The scientific manager of the platform is Jean-Max Pasquet. The technical manager of the platform is Arnaud Villacreces. - Crisp’edit
The CRISP’edit platform was created by Team 11 – Modeling Mechanisms of Transformation and Resistance in Leukemia, led by Catherine Sawai.
The scientific manager of the core facility is Béatrice Turcq The technical manager of the platform is Valérie Prouzet-Mauleon. - Histopath
The Histopathology core facility was created by Team 03 – Liver Cancers and Tumor Invasion, led by Violaine Moreau and Frederic Saltel. Pierre Dubus (team 4), Brigitte Le bail (team 3), and Béatrice Turcq (team 11) are members of the Scientific Committee The technical manager of the core facility is Nathalie Dugot-Senant. - OncoProt
The proteomic analysis core facility, OncoProt, was created by Team 03 – Liver Cancers and Tumor Invasion, led by Violaine Moreau and Frederic Saltel
The scientific manager of the platform is Frederic Saltel, and the technical manager is Anne-Aurélie Raymond. - Vect’UB
The vectorology platform, Vect’UB, was created by Team 08 – Genetic Biotherapies and Oncology (BioGO), led by Sandrine Dabernat and François Moreau-Gaudry. The scientific manager of the platform is François Moreau-Gaudry.
The technical manager of the platform is Véronique Guyonnet-Dupérat. - VivOptic
The Vivoptic platform was created by the IMOTION team, which joined Team 04 – Digestive cancers associated with Helicobacter infection, cancer stem cells, and therapeutic strategies, led by Christine Varon. Christine Varon is a member of the scientific committee. The technical manager is Coralie Genevois. - Xenofish
The Xenofish platform was created by team 02 – Reprogramming of tumor activity and the associated microenvironment (Rytme), headed by A. Majid Khatib. The scientific manager of the platform is Géraldine Siegfried. The technical managers are Sandrine Fedou and Élodie Muzotte. The zootechnicians are Isabelle Auguste and Wendy Comandatore.
